Netflix's Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead Live-Action Movie Trailer Released


Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead is set to make a splash this summer with its highly anticipated anime adaptation and upcoming live-action movie. Netflix recently unveiled the first full trailer for the Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead movie, giving fans a glimpse of what to expect. The original manga, created by Haro Aso (known for Alice in Borderland) and Kotaro Tokata, is not only receiving an anime series premiering later this month but also a live-action film, further expanding the zombie action comedy franchise.

While the live-action movie adaptation was announced before the anime production, Netflix's version of Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead features Eiji Akaso in the lead role of Akira Tendo. Akira is a salaryman who has become disillusioned with work and yearns for freedom. When the zombie apocalypse occurs, he sees it as an opportunity to escape his responsibilities, leading to a rather unique celebration. To commemorate its release on August 3rd, Netflix has unveiled the trailer for Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead, allowing fans to get a better glimpse of what lies ahead.

What Is Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead? 

Under the direction of Yusuke Ishida, with a script penned by Tatsuhiko Mishima, the highly-anticipated Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead movie will be available for streaming on Netflix starting August 3rd. The film boasts a talented cast, including Eiji Akaso in the lead role as Akira Tendo, alongside Mai Shiraishi as Shizuka Mikazuki, whom Akira encounters during his quest to complete his bucket list. Shuntaro Yanagi portrays Kenichiro "Kencho" Ryuzaki, Akira's loyal best friend, while Kazuki Kitamura takes on the role of Gonzo Kosugi, Akira's abusive boss. Netflix tantalizes viewers with a brief teaser for the live-action Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead movie:
