Sailor Moon Cosplay Transforms JoJo's Jolyne Into a Sailor Scout

This year's Anime Expo not only brought together passionate anime fans and industry professionals but also showcased a plethora of talented cosplayers embodying their favorite anime characters. While Anime Expo 2023 featured a diverse range of iconic anime figures, some cosplayers took a more imaginative approach. One particularly creative individual envisioned Jolyne Cujoh from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean as a Sailor Scout, blending the two beloved series together.

Following the conclusion of Stone Ocean's storyline, there has been limited information from David Productions regarding the future of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure's anime adaptation. Although nothing has been confirmed, numerous Stand battles from the manga have yet to be brought to life in the anime. Fans eagerly anticipate the adaptation of complete storylines like Steel Ball Run and JoJolion, while creator Hirohiko Araki continues to expand the Joestar legacy with the latest arc, The JOJOLands. Given the growing popularity of the anime franchise, it seems only a matter of time before the Joestars make their triumphant return to television screens.

Sailor Moon's Bizarre Adventure

The talented cosplayer who previously fused Chainsaw Man and Sailor Moon also created a unique blend between Sailor Moon and Jolyne Cujoh, the protagonist of Stone Ocean. Infusing elements from the Joestar lineage into the cosplay, this imaginative fusion would certainly result in an extraordinary Sailor Scout if such a character were to appear in either anime series. However, it is unlikely that an official crossover between JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and Sailor Moon will occur in the near future.

Sailor Moon has experienced a recent resurgence with the release of two film series, Sailor Moon Cosmos. These installments have already delighted fans in Japan, leaving North American fans eagerly anticipating news of a potential Western theatrical release for the Sailor Scouts' latest adventures. Given the immense popularity of the shojo series, it is highly likely that we will see the Cosmo films make their way to the West in the future.
