Attack on Titan: The Finale May Feature Original Content

It's kind of unbelievable, but Attack on Titan is almost finished. After more than ten years on TV, the popular series is getting ready to end its anime. This weekend, the final episode of Attack on Titan's anime will be released after a long wait. And here's some exciting news: the episode might include some new content from the series creator, Hajime Isayama himself.

This update is from the person who made the series. Isayama left a message for the fans, sharing his thoughts on the show's final moments. And he surprised everyone with his last message.

"I'm very excited to see how it'll turn out in the anime. Also this time, by my request, I got to draw a little bit of the rough draft toward the end. Please watch until the end," Isayama wrote.

In the text above, Isayama, the creator of Attack on Titan, asked the MAPPA team for some changes in the final episodes of the anime. He wanted to add some of his own ideas from his initial drafts to the ending. We're not sure exactly what content Isayama is talking about, but he did release extra material for the final chapter of Attack on Titan, which gives him more options to include in the anime's finale. So, hopefully, we'll get to see some of his additional content in the last episodes of Attack on Titan.

If you haven't watched the latest episodes of Attack on Titan, you can check it out on Crunchyroll. And if you're into the manga, you can read Attack on Titan on the K Manga app. To find out more about the popular series, here's a brief synopsis:

"Known in Japan as Shingeki no Kyojin, many years ago, the last remnants of humanity were forced to retreat behind the towering walls of a fortified city to escape the massive, man-eating Titans that roamed the land outside their fortress. Only the heroic members of the Scouting Legion dared to stray beyond the safety of the walls – but even those brave warriors seldom returned alive. Those within the city clung to the illusion of a peaceful existence until the day that dream was shattered, and their slim chance at survival was reduced to one horrifying choice: kill – or be devoured!"
